A sessions court on Saturday granted pre-arrest bail to Captain Muhammad Safdar (Retd) in case of hurling threats to policemen during a court appearance of his wife Maryium Nawaz. Additional District & Sessions Judge Azeem Sheikh allowed the bail to Safdar till September 07 and sought report from the Islampura station house officer. The police had lodged a case against Safdar and 14 other party workers under sections 147, 149, 186 and 353 of Pakistan Penal Code.
